Your event budget and our professional service fee are separate. These are starting prices for planning, marketing, and coordination. Your proposal sets the exact scope before work begins.
Essential Event Management
Professional planning and coordination for a smaller or less complex event. A starting scope may be one location, up to 75 guests, and about 2–3 event hours; the proposal sets the planning period, vendors, meetings, and onsite hours.

À La Carte Services — $500+
For organizations with an internal team: choose event-day coordination, vendor or exhibitor management, RSVP support, promotional graphics, social or email promotion, décor and speaker coordination, photography/video coordination, or recap marketing. Each service has a defined scope and quote.
Several events
A three-event partnership may start at $6,750 for three separately scoped Essential-level events. Signature or Premier work across multiple events receives a custom proposal based on the required services and event budgets.
Package pricing represents Over the Horizon Marketing & Events’ professional planning, marketing, and coordination services. Venue, catering, décor purchases or rentals, entertainment, promotional products, printing, photography/video, transportation, permits, paid advertising, and other third-party expenses are separate, billed separately or paid directly by the client unless specifically included in the proposal. Each proposal defines guest count, planning period, venue, event hours, vendors, marketing deliverables, staffing, and revisions. Added scope requires a revised quote.
